摘    要:本文应用美国Waters公司产大型精密仪器150-CALC/GPC(简称150-C)色谱仪测定了黄芪多糖的分子量及其分布。通过解析谱图为从黄芪中分离、集取不同分子量级分的黄芪多糖工艺的研究提供了大量、可靠的分析数据。同时,提供了一种测定天然大分子有机物特征常数的方法。

Abstract:Using l50-C ALC/GPC produced by Amehcan waters Cotmpany which is an advanced precise instrument,we have determined the molecular weights and their distrihutions of polysaccharose in astragalus a natural organic substance,From these work we can offer a lot of reliable analytical date for the technological study of separation and extraction of polysaccharose in astragalus upon dif ferent molecular weights and we present a method to determine the characteristic constants of natural organic macromolecular substances.
