猕猴大肠5-羟色胺免疫活性细胞的免疫组织化学研究

以免疫组织化学ＳＰ法显示猕猴大肠含５－ ＨＴ的细胞，并用Ｗｅｉｂｅｌ体视学方法对其进行了定量分析．结果表明，猕猴大肠５－ ＨＴ免疫活性内分泌细胞的密度在结肠离心段最高，直肠密度中等，盲肠和结肠向心段最低．５－ ＨＴ免疫反应阳性细胞多分布在肠腺处，其形态多样，大多为锥形、梭形、圆形等．有些细胞的基底部有突起，突起的末端含有５－ ＨＴ阳性物质；有些细胞的５－ ＨＴ阳性物质释放到腺腔或肠腔面．

An Immunohistochemical Study of the 5-HT Immunoreactive Cells in the Large Intestine of the Rhesus Monkeys

The cells containing 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT)in the large intestine of the rhesus monkeys were demonstrated by means of immunohistochemical SP method, and the quantitative analyses of the cells were performed by means of Weibel's stereological method. The results were as follows:The density of 5-HT immunoreactive endocrine cells in the large intestine of the rhesus monkeys was highest in the centrifugal segment of the colon and moderate in the rectum and lowest in the caecum and the centripetal segment of the colon.5-HT immunoreactive endocrine cells were mainly scattered in the crypt and they were various in shape,the cells were mostly oval, shuttle or round. The basal portion of some endocrine cells had processes with 5-HT positive substance accumulating in their ends; the 5-HT positive substance of some endocrine cells could be found extended to luminal surface of the intestinal tract or crypt.
