| 摘 要： | 芝麻幼根的初生结构和老根的次生结构为典型的草本双子叶植物根的初生结构和次生结构;初生木质部为典型的二原型木质部;根毛发达;皮层薄壁组织的细胞间隙发达,且多为四边形;芝麻幼根的一些皮层薄壁组织细胞和一些韧皮薄壁组织细胞含有短针形草酸钙结晶体。

| Abstract: | The root primary and seconary structures of Seasmum indicum L.belong to typicalones of dicotyledons herb,with its primary xylem being trpicaldiarch xylem.There is more root hair on theroot of Sesamum indicum L.,the cortex paremehyma cells are treate or angular,the intercellular spacethat is quadriateral in most cases is bigger.Some cortex and phloem parenchyma cells of little root containshort needle-like calcium oxalate crystal. |
