寸口桡动脉管参数激振模型

摘    要:以现代非线性动力学为基础,研究寸口桡动脉各部(寸、关、尺)自然(固有)脉象生成原理。根据人体血管分布非直线事实,提出弯曲脉管在血流脉动内压作用下的参数激振物理模型,导出计及脉管和外周软组织物理参数影响的控制脉管运动规律的变系数偏微分方程-脉象方程。

Abstract:Based on modern nonlinear dynamics, this paper studies the forming mechanism of natural pulsocondition of three parts at Cunkou(wrist) radial artery. According to the fact that on vivisection the artery distribution in a body is not straight and is always constrained by soft organic around it. Owing to the reason, we suggest a physical model of parameter vibration of a curved vessel excited by the pressure of pulsatile blood flow inside the vessel and give a variable coefficient partial differential equation, know as pulsocondition equation,governing the motion of the vessel.
