| 摘 要： | 为了实现秀山县生物资源的可持续性发展,构建了秀山县生物资源的经济发展系统、社会发展系统、生物资源基础系统、可持续发展实施系统4项准则层和人均GDP等21项指标的评价体系。运用AHP层次分析方法,两两比较得出判断矩阵,进而算出各项指标权重,通过多目标加权函数方法,最终得出秀山县可持续发展力得分为6.79,处于可持续发展力一般的阶段。通过评价结果,分析了秀山县生物资源可持续发展的主要问题,提出了生物资源可持续发展的建议与对策。

| Abstract: | To realize the sustainable development of biological resources in Xiushan, four systems including economy development system, social development system, biological resource base system and sustainable development implementation system, and 21 indicators like per-capita GDP are set up. By analytic hierarchy method (AHP), each index weight is got through pair-wise comparison and judgment matrix. By the method of multi-objective weighted function, it is concluded that Xiushan County sustainable development values is 6.79, which means Xiushan is in the medium ability of sustainable development stage. According to the evaluating result, the key problems of the biological resources are analyzed, then, measures about the biological resources sustainable development of Xiushan are put forward. |
