| 摘 要： | 资产证券化是以证券形式出售资产的结构性融资活动。资产证券化对于深化我国的金融体制改革、推动经济的发展具有重要意义。但是从目前的试点到资产证券化市场的深化,需要充分发挥政府的作用、完善相关法律法规、培育发行和流通市场、强化监管、构建社会信用体系。

| Abstract: | Asset securitization is a kind of structural financing of selling asset by the form of security.It has the vital significance for the asset securitization to deepen the monetary system reform and impel economical development of our country.However,from the present experiment to the asset securitization market deepening,it is necessary to exert fully the function of government,perfect the corresponding laws and regulations,cultivate the market of distribution and circulation,strengthen supervising and managing,construct the social credit system. |
