版纳斗鸡特性的初步研究

对西双版纳斗鸡的体型外貌、生长性能、屠宰性能及肉质特性进行了分析测定．结果表明：西双版纳斗鸡体型高大，骨骼粗壮结实，胸肌发达，30日龄到60日龄之间的生长速度最快；产肉性能优良；肉质好，营养价值高，60日龄胸腿肌蛋白质含量分别为24．91％和22．71％，脂肪含量分别为0．84％和1．85％．同时表明，日龄、性别对产肉性能和肉质特性影响较小，而部位对肉质影响较大．
