斑蝥素对植物病原菌抑制作用的研究

摘    要:研究了斑蝥素对植物病原菌的抑菌活性,结果表明:500mg/L的斑蝥素溶液对所测的9种植物病原细菌均无抑制作用,对所测的8种植物病原真菌中的水稻纹枯病菌、棉花立枯病菌、蚕豆菌核病菌、油莱菌核病菌、苹果炭疽病菌、棉花枯萎病菌等6种有明显的抑制作用。其中,500mg/L的斑蝥素对水稻纹枯病菌、棉花立枯病菌、苹果炭疽病菌的生长抑制作用较强。以不同的斑蝥素提取物浓度处理水稻纹枯病菌,实验结果表明:斑蝥素抑制水稻纹枯病菌生长的战EC90=4.80mg/L,EC50=1.84mg/L,且10mg/L的斑蝥素对水稻纹枯病菌菌核萌发的抑制率为100%。

Abstract:The test on the inhibition of cantharidin to phytopathogen was conducted and it showed that cantharidin solvents of 500 mg/L had no effect to the tested 9 plant pathogenic bacteria. The inhibition of cantharidin to the tested 6 plant pathogenic fungi was also examined, including Pellicularia sasakii, Pellicularia filamentosa, Sclerotinia sclerrotiorum, Fasarium oxysporun f. sp. vasinfecture, Glomerella cingulata, and the inhibition of 500 mg/L cantharidin to Pellicularia sasakii,Pellicularia filamentosa, and Glomerella cingulata was stronger. Different concentration of cantharidin to Pellicularia sasakii had different effect. The research showed that EC_(90) of cantharidin to Pellicularia sasakii was 4.80 mg/L, and the EC_(50) was 1.84 mg/L(EC_(90) and EC_(50) represented the concentration when inhibition rate were 90% and 50% respectively).And the inhibition rate of 10 mg/L cantharidin to sclerotonia germination of Pellicularia sasakii was 100 %.
