涂料用P(S-AA)/P(nBA-AA)乳胶互穿网络聚合物的研究——(Ⅱ)结构与性能

摘    要:本文采用种子乳液聚合技术,合成出涂料用聚苯乙烯~丙烯酸/聚丙烯酸正丁酯~丙烯酸(PS-AA/PnBA-AA)乳胶互穿网络聚合物(LIPN)复合乳液。用扫描电镜(SEM)、差示扫描量热法(DSC)、动态粘弹仪(DMS)、最低成膜温度(MFT)、抗张强度、耐紫外线辐照、耐候性和耐溶剂性进行表征;并对比了同组成的LIPN、核壳;共混、和共聚四种聚合物乳液的性能。结果表明,LIPN复合乳液聚合物为多相体系,其性能不同于相应的无规共聚物乳液,也有别于共混聚合物乳液和核壳复合乳液,是一种耐候性优良的建筑外墙涂料用基料。

Abstract:Poly(Styrne-acrylic acid)/Poly (n-bulyl acrylate-acrylic acid) letex interpenetrating polymer networks P(S-AA)/P(BA-AA) LIPNs] were synthesized for coating by seed emulsion polymerization. Their morphology, mechanical propeties, dynamic mechanical properties, Tg, lowest filmforming temperature, and resistance to Ultraviolet, weather and solvents were measuerd by scanning electron microscope, DSC, viscoelastometer, tensile test, etc. The results show comparing to the corresponding composite core-shell letex, blending latax, and copolymerization letex, LIPN's morphology is a two-phase system, which properties are different from the random copolymer letex and blending polytmer and coer-shell letex. LIPN's prepared are good subsrates used for exterior coating with excellent weather resistance.
