应对阶层分化构建和谐社会

阶层分化是社会主义初级阶段的必然现象，阶层分化过程实质是社会各阶层利益重新分配、组合的过程，或者说是各阶层争取经济资源、政治资源、文化资源的过程，这一过程必然导致某些阶层利益受损并引发阶层间冲突。要构建和谐社会，就必须改革社会管理体制，在分化中追求社会公平；改革分配制度，维护大众利益；完善社会保障体系，建立利益补偿机制。

Building up a Harmonious Society against the Class Formation

Class formation is the inevitable existence in the early stage of socialism. It refers to the process of redistribution and regrouping of profits in different social classes, and to the struggling process among classes for economic, political, and cultural resources. Some classes will find their profits reduced in the progress and class conflicts are bound to occur. A harmonious society therefore calls for reform of social management mechanism, social equality, a reformed fair distribution system for the interest of the great majority, enhanced social security mechanism and profit compensation mechanism.
