摘    要:介绍了利用溶胶 凝胶方法 ,采用不同的聚酰胺酸 (PAA)与已水解的正硅酸乙酯 (TEOS)混合 ,制备了一系列性能不同的聚酰亚胺 /二氧化硅纳米杂化材料 ,通过热失重分析、DSC分析 ,研究了二氧化硅的加入对聚合物耐热性能的影响

Abstract:A series of polyimide/silica nano composite materials with different silica contents were prepared through the sol gel method by gelation of polyamic acid (PAA) and hydrolyzed tetraethoxy silane (TEOS) in the existence of a coupling agent.TGA and DSC were employed to evaluate the thermal properties of the materials. The results show that both degradation temperature (T d) and transition temperature (T g) of the hybrids increase with the increase of SiO 2 contents.It is thought that this is attributed to the addition of an inorganic matrial SiO 2 to the organic polymide.
