| 摘 要： | 通过对潍坊市成年女性体质指标的监测，研究分析其各项形态、机能、素质等指标的变化趋势和规律。主要结论：潍坊市成年女性体质指标大多优于1997年全国监测平均水平。但40岁以后体质有明显下降的趋势。该研究旨在为激发人们参加体育锻炼的意识和自觉性，为全民健身服务，为政府有关部门的决策提供科学依据。
