| Abstract: | Starting from the general situation of and the problems in Chinese oil refining industry, this paper analyzes on the potentiality and opportunity of promoting the cleaner production in the oil refining industry, and points out that implementing the cleaner production in the oil refining industry is the foundational path for realizing the environmental benefits and economic benefits in the oil refining industry. |
