| 摘 要： | 介绍了电视塔钢结构球形节点的构造特点，各杆件轴线同圆球面交点的定位，球形节点和杆件的下料，组装精度控制以及为减少或防止焊接变形所采取的焊接工艺。该工程球形节点直径大、构造复杂，在国内同类结构中并无先例，因此在制作过程中从实际出发，摸索出一套行之有效的精度控制方法，使8个球体一次安装成功。

| Abstract: | The structural feature of spherical joint was explained .The positioning of bar axis with spherical surface was introduced as well as the making and fabricating precision control of spherical joint and bar,and the welding technology to prevent the welding deformation.Because the spherical joint has big diameter and perplexed construction,there were no examples in such construction in China.We overcame difficuties by exploring the effective method of precision control?The eight spherical joints were fabricated successfully at the same time. |
