摘    要:我国的家族企业如何建立科学长效的授权机制,一直是管理学界关注的热点,文章讨论了几百年前晋商采取的家商分离的治理结构和谨慎选人、放心用人的管理模式,及“身股”制的激励方法,这些为当代中国家族企业建立职业经理人授权机制提供了宝贵的借鉴。

Abstract:It is a hot point for management research area to study Chinese family firms setting up scientific and long-time-valid entitlement mechanism , several hundreds years ago,Jin merchants took the seperation structure of firms and families,management models of choosing top managers carefully ,employing top managers assuredly ,stimulating pattern of "body stock", all these management actions provide valuble experiences for modern chinese family firms setting up entitlement mechanism to professional management .
