论物权登记的公信力

物权法的一个基本原则是公示和公信原则。公信力原则乃以登记权利视为正当的原则，是为保护因信赖登记而取得不动产权利的第三人及他人而设。而异议登记和更正登记则有击破登记公信力之效力。

On Credibility of Property Registration

A basic principle of The Property Law is the principle of publicity and credibility.
