| 摘 要： | 基本农田的管理与保护是土地管理与开发过程的重中之重,具有极其重要的意义.针对当前基本农田在管理、利用与监测等技术手段上存在的问题,本文阐明了建立基本农田地理信息系统(Basic Farmland Geographic Infor-mation System,BFGIS)的重要意义.并在现有的GIS软件基础上,按照基本农田建设和管理的要求,进行了基本农田地理信息系统的设计及开发方面的探讨.
