达州市义务教育均衡发展的现状与对策

摘    要:实现义务教育均衡发展,对确保教育公平、推进城乡统筹发展、构建和谐社会,意义十分重大。近年来,达州市在推进义务教育均衡发展方面,措施积极、成效显著。但也存在办学条件不均衡、师资配置不均衡、管理水平不均衡、教育质量不均衡等问题。要进一步推进达州市义务教育均衡发展,条件均衡是基础,教师配置均衡是关键,质量均衡是突破口。

Abstract:It is greatly significant for fair education, whole development in city and village and harmonious society to complete the bal- anced development of compulsory education. In the last years, Dazhou Government has taken active measures to push up the balanced development of compulsory education and achieved effective achievement. But there still exists such unbalances as conditions, alloca- tion of teachers, level of management and quality of education. The balance of condition is a basis, the one of teachers' allocation is a key factor and the one of quality is a breakthrough. Only if all concerned get to balance, the compulsory education can be effectively pushed forward.
