建构主义框架下的外语阅读研究

摘    要:建构主义是西方教育心理学的最新教学理论,认为学习是学习者主动建构意义的过程,强调学习的主动性、社会性和情境性。从建构主义的学习理论、教学理论出发,阐述了其与英语阅读研究的契合及对英语阅读教学的启示,提出建构主义理论对我国英语阅读教学和创新人才培养的指导意义。

Abstract:Constructivism is the latest teaching and learning theory in Western countries, and it is based on the premise that cognition (learning) is the result of "mental construction". It lays emphasis on the social - cultural aspect of learning. Initially we give a brief account of its learning and teaching theory, and then we discuss its pedagogical implications for English reading in combination with its basic principles. It is obvious that constrnctivist teaching theory has great implications for English reading study and the cultivation of creative English personnel.
