农民健身工程——对建设社会主义新农村的思考

对当前农村开展农民健身工程的现状进行了分析,指出制约农民健身工程开展的主要因素是观念落后、经济制约、场所受限、政府不重视,并提出了强化农民健身意识、培养农民健身指导员、合理开展农民健身运动的建议。

On peasants'body-building movement in new socialism village reconstruction

This paper analyzes the status quo of peasants' body-building movement,points out the factors including backward ideas,poor economic status,limited movement play ground and non-concerned by governments which restrict the implementation of peasants' body-building movement,and gives suggestions such as consolidating peasants' body-building consciousness,cultivating peasants' body-building advisors and rationally carrying out peasants'body-building movement.
