| 摘 要： | 提出了一种由ＮＵＲＢＳ曲面及解析曲面元素构成的组合曲面数控加工无干涉刀具路径的生成方法．该方法将组合曲面加工中的干涉分为两种：一种是构成组合曲面的各曲面元素间的干涉；另一种是曲面元素自身的干涉．对于第一种干涉，通过曲面裁剪构造组合曲面的等距面而得到消除；第二种干涉则通过消除轨迹线自身的相交部分而得到消除．

Interference Free Toolpath Generation in NC Machining of Compound Surfaces |

| Abstract: | A method is proposed for NC machining of extended parametric compound surfaces composed of NURBS and analytic ones. The surfaces are represented by an object oriented unified parametric surface model by means of parametrization of analytic surfaces. This method deals with two kinds of interference, one is that between surface elements of compound surface and is called mutual interference and the other is that within a surface when the curvature radius of the surface is less than the radius of the ball endmill and is called curvature interference. Two methods for removing the interference are presented. |
