综合等负荷函数法在双机架粗轧负荷分配中的应用

摘    要:针对带钢热连轧双机架粗轧机组的特点,应用综合等负荷函数法进行负荷分配.分配时兼顾水平辊和立辊轧制的影响,在宽度和厚度两个方向进行等负荷函数的交替迭代计算,逐步优化规程,并在外层迭代中设置了机组轧制负荷超限情况下的道次数自动修正.根据上述方法设计规程设定系统软件并结合实例进行计算,随后对计算结果和计算速度进行了分析和校验,同时也对其应用于现场实时过程控制的一些问题提出了解决方案.

Abstract:An aggregate equal load function was developed and applied to the load distribution on a double-stand mill during hot strip rough rolling.The rolling effects of horizontal and edger rolls were both taken into account during load distribution,and iterative computations were done alternately along the width and thickness of work piece by virtue of the equal load function to optimize the rolling schedule step by step.During external iteration an automatic readjusting operation was provided for the number of passes when overloading occurs in rolling process.Thus,a pass schedule system software was provided with a calculation example given,and its result and computation speed were discussed and verified. In addition,some solutions were given to the problems found in the on-line pass schedule based on the approach proposed.
