波导CO2激光技术的发展概况和前景

摘    要:回顾了波导CO2激光技术的发展概况,简述了波导CO2激光器的前景.自从1972年首次报道波导CO2激光器以来,波导结构大致经历了单波导结构、波导阵列结构、面增比和体增比技术的发展.在放电激励方式上经历了直流放电激励和射频放电激励的技术发展.今后波导CO2激光器将继续朝着高功率、高光束质量、小体积、低成本、易加工的方向发展.

Abstract:The development of waveguide CO_2 laser technology is reviewed and its prospect is foreseen.Since the first waveguide CO_2 laser was reported in 1972,the waveguide structure of CO_2 lasers have developed from single waveguide to array waveguide,area scaling and volume scaling and the discharge excitation has changed from DC to RF.In the future,waveguide CO_2 laser will improve in the direction of high power,high beam quality, small volume,low cost and easy machining.
