钢管双芯棒圆周剪切法的实验研究

摘    要:本文研究一种新的钢管剪切方法─圆剪切法,其基本思想让剪切刃沿钢管圆周方向逐步剪切,以实现钢管切断,通过运动学分析阐述了剪切金属的变形原理,实验研究证明了该方法的可行性,并对切口断面的质量进行了分析。

Abstract:A new method of tube shearing i. e.,the double-mandrel periphery shearing was studied. Themethod was developed in such a way that the cutting edge is applied periphrally to a steel tube so as to cut offthe tube gradually. An analysis is thus made kinematically to the deformation of the metal being sheared,with the feasibility proved experimentally. The quality of fracture surface is also discussed.
