铋对铜电解精炼中阴极铜沉积过程的影响

摘    要:文章采用循环伏安法研究了铋离子Bi3+存在于酸性硫酸铜电解液中时,对铜电解精炼中阴极铜沉积反应的峰电流ip、峰电势p的影响,并根据循环伏安曲线的形状判断铜沉积反应的可逆性。结果表明:铜沉积反应是不可逆的。Bi3+离子存在于电解液中时不改变铜沉积反应的机理,但却使铜沉积反应的峰电流ip值降低,峰电势p值向正方向移动.文章还从电化学和热力学角度分析了Bi3+存在于电解液中时,对阴极铜电极平衡电势的影响。

Abstract:n this paper, we studied the effect of Bi3+ on peak current ip and peak potential p of the cathodic copper depositon reaction of copper electrorefining when Bi3+ existed in the electrolyte of acidified CuSO4 by cyclic voltammetry method, and determined the reversibility of copper deposition reaction according to the shape of cyclic voltammetry curve. The results showed the reaction of copper deposition was irreversible. Bi3+ in the elctrolyte didn't change reaction mechanism of copper deposition, but it could decrease peak current ipof copper deposition reaction and caned peak potential p shift to more positive direction.In the paper, we also analysed the equilibrium potemtial of cathodic copper electrode in the presence of Bi3+ in the electrolyte from electrochemistry and thermodynamics.
