气动位置伺服系统建模与仿真

摘    要:通过对气动位置同服系统各组成元件进行特性分析,建立了系统数学模型,并用Matlab的Simulink模块建立系统仿真模型.通过PID控制实验与PID控制仿真数据的对比,证明该数学模型较为精确.基于该数学模型的Simulink仿真模型较好地反映了气动位置伺服系统的特性,实现了气动位置伺服系统较高精度的仿真.

Abstract:By analyzing characteristics of components in pneumatic position servo system,the mathematical model of system is built up.The simulation model is established by using the Simulink of Matlab.Based on the date of PID control experiment and PID control simulation,the validity of mathematical model is proved.The Simulink simulation model based on this mathematical model better reflects the characteristics of pneumatic position servo system.The better precision simulation of pneumatic position servo system was realized.
