紫外可见分光光度法测定污水中间-硝基苯酚的含量

摘    要:采用紫外可见分光光度法测定污水中间-硝基苯酚的含量,结果表明间-硝基苯酚在以去离子水为溶剂、最大吸收波长为272nm的条件下,浓度在2mg/L~10mg/L范围内线性关系良好,得到其线性方程为A=0.040 2C+0.035 2,R2=0.999 8。结合线性回归方程可以计算出各地区污水中间-硝基苯酚的含量,并测得对各地区污水中间-硝基苯酚的平均回收率为97.7%,RSD小于0.39,由此说明采用紫外可见分光光度法测定各地区污水中间-硝基苯酚的含量具有操作简便,结果准确,灵敏度高的优点,在实际应用过程中可以做到降低检测成本,简化操作步骤,从而提高研究的工作效率。紫外可见分光光度法对各地区污水中间-硝基苯酚的含量测定,也为今后研究此类问题提供依据。

Abstract:Ultraviolet spectrophotometry was used to determine the content of m-nitrophenol in sewage.The m-nitrophenol diluted with deionized water and with the maximum absorption wavelength 272 nm.The results showed that the m-nitrophenol diluted with deionized water ranged a good linear relationship which was under the conditions of the concentration of 2 mg/L to 10 mg/L,with the linear equation of A=0.040 2C +0.035 2,R2 = 0.999 8.The content of m-nitrophenol in sewage from different areas can be calculated by the linear equation.The average recovery was 97.7%,the RSD was less than 0.39,which showed that the method was simple,accurate and high sensitivity.It can be done in the practical application of the process to reduce testing casts and simplify the steps to improve the efficiency of the work of study.The method that ultraviolet visible spectrophotometry was used to determine the content of m-nitrophenol in sewage from different areas also make a future research of the Ni irophenols pollutant removal.
