摘    要:提出了畴界与外场、晶格及缺陷间的互作用模型以及畴界间的互作用模型,并在该模型基础上,系统地解释了与畴界运动有关的介电损耗、介电常数的和内耗(f=1KHz~10KHz)。本文还对介电损耗的理论和实验结果进行了比较

Abstract:Interaction models between domain walls and external field, lattice and defects as well as the interaction among domain walls are proposed. The dielectricloss, the dielectric constant and the internal friction (f=1KHz to 10KHz)associated with domain walls are explained systemically on the basis of these models. A comparison is made between the theoretical and experimental results on the dielectric loss.
