高温作业环境中人的不安全行为实验研究

不良的作业环境不仅影响着工人的身心健康,降低劳动效率,同时还会影响人的不安全行为,使事故发生的可能性增大。通过实验测试个体在高温环境下生理、心理及动作稳定性的指标,定量分析了高温环境对人不安全行为的影响。分析结果表明:疲劳状态下人的注意力集中能力、反应能力、动作的稳定性都有所下降;高温环境使人的疲劳加重、心情烦躁,动作的出错率明显增加,是引起人不安全行为的一个重要环境因素。

Experimental Study on Unsafe Human Behavior in Hot Operating Environment

Adverse operating environment affects the health of workers and reduces labor efficiency; mean-while, it influences people＇s unsafe behavior, which increases the possibility of accidents. Through a series ofexperiments, test the physical, psychological and action stablity indicators of the individual in hot environ-ment. this paper made a quantitative analysis of the effects of high temperature and humidity environment onhuman unsafe behavior. The results are shown as follows. In a fatigue state, one＇ s ability to concentrate andrespond declines; besides, the stability of his actions lowers. Hot environment adds to people＇s feeling of fa-tigue and irritability, and it greatly increases the chances of making mistakes. Therefore, high temperature isan important environmental factor causing unsafe behavior.
