两产品重介旋流器主再选改造

东欢坨动力煤选煤厂由美国塞吉满公司设计,采用先进的模块化设计理念,空间小,设备紧凑,主要洗选工艺为两段两产品重介旋流器串联主再选。2012年底选煤厂针对生产实际,对原设计的串联主再选旋流器系统重新设计和改造,使两段两产品重介旋流器并行运转,提高了原煤入洗量和气精煤产量,取得了较好的效果。

Remodel of Primary and Second Two-Product dense medium cyclone

Donghuantuo steam coal preparattoH plant ,vanced modular design concept, the space occupied by equipment was saved and compact. Main washingprocess was series primary and second two-product dense medium cyclones. According to the production prac-tice, redesign and remodel of the original washing process were taken place by the end of 2012. The serialconnection of two cyclones in the original washing process was replaced by parallel connection. Washing ca-pacity and clean coal output enhancement and better separation effect were obtained.
