高校体育场馆对社会开放的管理困境及对策——以江苏省高校为例

随着生活水平的提高和全民健身意识的增强，高校体育场馆向社会开放成为备受公众关注的话题。综合运用问卷调查和实地考察法，以江苏省内10所高校为调查对象，探究了高校体育场馆社会开放现状，从管理主体责任不明、专业管理水平不高和管理机制不健全等三个方面阐述了高校体育场馆在开放过程中的管理困境，并从多级代理制度、管理人才引进、管理规章制度和安全意识等四个方面探索性提出了管理提升对策。

Opening Up of Sports Venues and Facilities on Campus： Dilemma and Strategies

With the rise of people＇s living standards and fitness awareness, opening up sports venues and facilities on campus has become a hot issue. In order to gain a clear picture of the present situation in this respect, this study conducted a questionnaire survey coupled with field observations. 50 colleges and universities in Jiangsu Province were selected as the study objects. This article looks at the management dilemma in three aspects： unspecified management responsibilities, low-level management abilities and unsound management mechanism. Also, it proposes four management strategies： choosing suitable management models, introducing and cultivating management professionals, improving management rules and regulations, and raising the security awareness.
