相变诱发塑性钢的流动应力模型

摘    要:在Eshelby等效夹杂理论和Mori-Tanaka平均场理论的基础上,建立了TRIP(transformation induced plastici-ty)钢单向拉伸代表体单元模型,分析了TRIP钢单向拉伸变形中各组成相的弹塑性变形行为,获得了考虑相变诱发塑性效应的TRIP钢流动应力计算模型,并将计算结果与试验结果进行了比较分析.该模型建立了由相变引起各微观相体积比的变化与TRIP钢宏观流动应力之间的内在联系.计算结果与试验结果的比较表明,该模型正确地预测了TRIP钢的流动应力,将为TRIP钢材料性能的描述及相关的数值仿真技术提供参考.

Abstract:Based on the Eshelby's equivalent inclusion theory and the Mori-Tanaka's mean field method,the representative volume element model has been proposed for transformation-induced plasticity steels.And the deformation behavior of the inclusions of TRIP steels under uniaxial tension was analyzed in detail and the flow stress model for multi-phase TRIP steels was put forward.Comparison was made between the calculated results and experimental results.This model has established the internal relations between the variation of volume fraction caused by transformation of each micro-phase and macro-flow stress of TRIP steels.The comparison of the results obtained by the proposed model with the experimental results show that the model is effective,thus providing a basis for material definition and numerical simulation technology for TRIP steels.
