| Abstract: | Under given circumstances,being flattened can enhance the total system effectiveness of the organization,use the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation(FCE)to analyze the system effectiveness of the flattening organization,the quantized evaluation result can be obtain,this quantized result is easy to be analyzed and compared. |
