| 摘 要： | 为了改善链传动在实际工程上的应用性能,本文结合重载条件下具有轨道约束的链传动结构,对链传动的多边形效应做了详细的研究.根据销轴位置周期性变化的特点,提出了位置补尝的具体措施和补偿量的计算方法,有效改善了约束条件下链传动的多边形效应,实现了载荷的平稳输送.

| Abstract: | To improve the performances of the chain-transmission,polygon-effect of chain-transmission,which is under the condition of the path restrains and heavier loads,is analyzed in detail.A method of compensation and the calculation of the amount of compensation is put forward.A relevant numerical example is given,and shows that the influences from polygon-effect of chain-transmission is decreased greatly,and the smooth transportation of the heavier loads can be realized. |
