太阳常数的变化和日食对旱涝影响的机制

摘    要:本文用Lorenz的对流方程组和大气环流方程组说明太阳常数的变化和日食对旱涝影响的机制,并对用日食相似年预报旱涝的方法提出改造意见,而用实例予以证明。

Abstract:We have discussed the mechanism of the influence of the Solar. constant and the solar eclipse on the drought andWaterlogging by using the theory of Dissipative structures, and the Lorenz's equations of thermal convection and thegeneral circulation of the Atmosphere.
