摘    要:为建立龙血竭指纹图谱质量控制方法,采用HPLC法测定,液相色谱仪Agilent 1100,色谱柱为Waters Xterra C184.6×250 mm,5μm;流动相为0.1%的磷酸溶液和乙腈梯度洗脱,流速为0.7 mL/min,检测波长为280 nm,理论板数按参照物(龙血素B)峰计算不低于6000.实验结果表明,10批成品指纹图谱与对照指纹图谱计算相似度,其结果均大于0.90.该方法稳定可行,可用于龙血竭质量控制.

Abstract:To establish fingerprint quality control method of Dracaena cochinchinensis, this paper adopts HPLC method for determination. Agilent I100 liquid chromatography and the Waters Xterra Cls (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 tma)are used. The mobile phase is a linear gradient of acetonitrile and 0.1% Oahophosphoric acid at the flow rate of 0.7 mL· min- 1. UV detection wavelength is set at 280 nm. The number of theoreti- cal plates is not less than 6 000 according to reference compound (Loureirin B) peak. The experimental re- suits show that the overall similarity is greater than 0.9 by comparing the fingerprints of 10 batches of sam- pies and the representative f'mgerprints. We conclude that this method is stable and feasible, which can be used for research and quality control of Dracaena cochinchinensis.
