时变需求下考虑费用时值的变质物品库存模型研究

假定物品需求为一般时变需求,考虑费用时值,变质率服从两参数的Weibull函数,有限计划期内进行多次订货,订货间隔时间相等,允许缺货发生且缺货量部分拖后供给。以库存系统总费用的贴现值最小为目标建立库存系统的EOQ模型,给出了最优解的求解算法,并通过具体数值算例验证了模型和算法的可行性及有效性。模型揭示了考虑费用时值情形下非常数变质率物品库存系统的内在规律,为库存管理决策的制定提供了理论指导。

An inventory model for deteriorating items with time-dependent demand by taking account of the time-value of costs

An inventory model for deteriorating items with time-dependent demand taking account of time-value of money is investigated. On the condition that the time-value of money is considered, the demand rate is time-dependent, the deteriorating rate is Weibull distribution, the planning period is limited and divided into several equal intervals, shortage is allowed with partial back- logging, an EOQ model of inventory system is established with the object that the discounted value of total cost is minimum. A cal- culation method to acquire the optimal solution was given, and the feasibility and effectiveness of the method were confirmed by a numerical example. In this paper, the inherent law of inventory system is revealed under the situation of taking account of the timevalue of money, and the theoretical guidance is provided for decision makers to make management decision on inventory system.
