熔融-分相法制备纳米TiO2的光催化性能

摘    要:利用熔融-分相法制备了以多孔玻璃为载体的纳米TiO2光催化材料,以甲基橙为被降解物,研究了不同条件下的光催化活性,并与用溶胶一凝胶法制备的纳米TiO2的光催化活性进行了对比.实验结果表明:不同的光源、光照时间和催化剂颗粒粒度对光催化活性都有较大的影响;与用溶胶一凝胶法制备的纳米TiO2有类似的光催化活性.

Abstract:The photocatalytic nanometer TiO2 which wns loaded on porous glass has been prepared by melt-phase separation,and its photocatalytic capability was tested by methyl orange as a degradation material,and its photocatalytic activity has been studied at different conditions,and compared with nanometer TiO2 which was prepared by sol -gel. The results have shown that the photocatalytic activity was affected greatly by dfferent light and illumination time and granularity of the photocatalytic material. And the photocatalytic activity of nanpmeter TiO2 prepared by melt - phase separation is similar with nanometer TiO2 prepared by sol - gel.
