桂西北旅游扶贫开发研究——以巴马瑶族自治县旅游扶贫为例

以巴马瑶族自治县为代表的桂西北是广西境内裸露石山面积分布最广、最集中的区域,生存条件差,气候恶劣,也是广西最为贫穷落后的地区.但这样的地貌特征,蕴藏着丰富自然风光和纯朴的民俗风情,具有巨大的旅游开发潜力.因此,将恶劣的生存环境转变为旅游开发的优势,在生态环境保护的基础上,大力开发本土民俗文化旅游资源,加强自然生态景区的管理和建设,以旅游扶贫的方式带动地方经济的发展,对贫困地区脱贫致富有着重要的意义.

Study on the Poor-aiding Tourism Development in North-western Guangxi——A case study on the the Poor-aiding tourism in Bama Yao Autonomous County

Northwestern Guangxi,as in the case of Bama Yao autonomous county where the naked rocks are the most widely distributed and most concentrated in Guangxi,has bad living conditions and weather,and is one of the poorest and most backward area in Guangxi.But with the specific geomorphological features this area is blessed with abundance of natural landscapes and folk customs,which contains tremendous potential for the development of tourism.Therefore,turning the adverse living environment into advantages of tourism development,developing the local folk culture tourism resources on the basis of ecological environment protection,strengthening the management and construction of natural ecological scenic spots,and promoting local economic development by the poor-aiding tourism,are of great significance to help the poor relieve poverty and to get rich in poverty-stricken areas.
