| 摘 要： | 以阳极氧化铝膜(AAO)为模板通过溶胶-凝胶法合成了CeO2 纳米线阵列,并通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)以及X射线光电子能谱(XPS)等对CeO2 纳米线进行了表征.

| Abstract: | Ordered CeO_2 nanowire arrays embedded in anodic aluminum oxide (AAO) template were fabricated by sol-gel technique. The transmission electron microscopy (TEM) images show that CeO_2 nanowires are about 60 nm in diameter, which correspond to the pore sizes of the membranes used. The scanning electron microscopy (SEM) images show that the resultant nanowires are abundant and uniform. The X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) spectra data demonstrate that stoichiometric CeO_2 is formed. |
