摘    要:对于工业实时控制和测试系统,噪声干扰是最令人困扰的问题之一,常常需要从各个方面采取措施,提高系统的抗干扰性能。软件抗干扰不改变硬件环境,不需要对干扰噪声进行精确的定位、定量分析,实现灵活方便,对消除干扰引起的一些暂态性故障有明显的效果,是计算机自动测控系统的主要特点和优势之一。本文介绍了FBT测试台中存在的和可能存在的一些功能性故障,论述了处理这些故障的各种软件方法。这些方法可以推广到其他一些计算机自动测控系统。

Abstract:For industrial time controlling and testing systems, noise disturbance is one of the most perplexed problems. Therefore, steps must be taken in all aspects before the improve- ment of the anti-disturbance performance. No ambient hardware can be varied by software anti-disturbance conducted. One of the thief characteristics and superiosities of the computer-controlled testing systems without accurate location of the noise disturbance and quantitative analysis so as to realize the flexibility has an apparent effect on the temperery ac- cidents caused by elimilating disturbance. Here in this article, some functional barriers ex- isting in FBT testing station will be described, as well as a variety of software methods to deal with the problems, The methods will be extended to the computer automatically controlled testing systems.
