氟化钙零件加工技术分析

摘    要:氟化钙是重要的光学晶体,在现代武器装备上被广泛应用,但氟化钙零件加工中存在易解理的问题.结合氟化钙零件加工的技术资料和经验,分析了氟化钙解理的主要原因,提出了粗加工过程中采用数控车削、精加工过程中采用对零件内外进行精磨、抛光等成型方法,成功避免了氟化钙零件的解理,保证了氟化钙零件加工的尺寸精度和面形精度,在实际应用中可为氟化钙零件加工领域的一线人员提供一定帮助.

Abstract:CaF2 is an important optical crystal,which has been extensively used in modern weapon.However,it is easy to crack when processing CaF2 components.The article analyses the main reasons for the crack of CaF2 based on the technology materials and experience,and indicates that using digital controlling turning technology in the course of rough machining and precision shining and polishing inside and outside of the components in the course of finely processing can successfully avoid the crack of CaF2 components.As a resuct,the precision of the size and the precision of the surface and figure are ensured.In practice,the article can be of assistance to the practitioners involving in processing CaF2 components.
