| 摘 要： | 采用反相高效液相色谱法（HPLC）对碳酸饮料、冰红茶、橙汁中的苯甲酸、山梨酸、糖精钠含量进行了测定。建立了快速分析这三种添加剂的方法，最佳色谱条件为；柱温35℃，流动相体系为甲醇与0．02M，乙酸铵液比例20＋80。采用外标法定量，得到了良好的线性关系。回收率在90—110％之间，相对标准偏差小于2％。
