| Abstract: | Properties declaration system, called SUN ACT, is an important system to fight corruption,which is adopted widely by most countries as an effective weapon. Its introducation and implementation in Chinan is useful to strengthening regular superintendence on public officials' misconduct in public office. This article demonstrates the necessity , reviews the defects and conceives the reconfiguration of properties declaration system. |
