摘    要:介绍了一种新的塑性变形试验。它被成功地用于渐开线行星齿轮减速器的齿面损伤的失效分析。此法是根据第三物体理论,从表层材料在摩擦过程中的变化来研究边界摩擦。从而评价润滑剂的综合承载能力,即极压抗磨的承载能力。

Abstract:A new-type test method by means of plastic deformation was developed. It has been successfully applied to technical diagnosis of gears in a heliocentric-type reducer. The theory of third body is introduced into the boundary friction which is then analyzed by way of finding out the change in surface material in rubbing process so as to evaluate the bearing capacity of lubricant to resultant load.i, e. the extreme-pressure wear-resistant bearing capacity.
