治理大汶河河流污染 确保南水北调东线工程水质合格

Pollution Harnessing of Dawen River and Guarantee of Quabified Water for Eastern Line Project for Water-allocating from South to North

This paper indicates the present polluted condition of Dawen River,analyzes the serious harm,main source and reasons of the water pollution,and proposes that the way of harnessing the fluvial pollution of Dawen River should start with both management and engineering measures,persisting in unified planning,stressing key points,and treating the pollution by eliminating both current symptom and basic reason as well as controlling synthetically so as to protect the ecological environment and recover the ecosystem equilibrium,thus providing qualified water for the eastern line project for water allocating from south to north.
