摘    要:将能值分析理论与方法引入钢铁工业系统,在对钢铁工业园区的能流、物流、货币流进行定量分析和评价的基础上,通过建立基于系统结构、功能、生态效率、经济效率和可持续发展指数的能值综合评价体系,定量分析钢铁工业园区的结构功能特征、生态经济效益和可持续发展能力,为生态工业园建设、制定正确的系统管理调控措施和发展策略提供理论依据.以中国某钢铁工业园区为案例进行能值分析,研究结果表明,该园区采取物质循环、能量梯级利用产业链后各项指标都优于传统生产链.

Abstract:Emergy analysis was introduced into iron and steel industrial system. Through quantitative analysis and evaluation of energy, material, and money flows of the iron and steel industrial park, an emergy comprehensive evaluation system, which was based on the structure, function, ecological efficiency, economic efficiency, and sustainable development index, was established to quantitatively analyze the structure characteristics, ecology and economy benefits, and sustainability, and to provide theoretical basis for the construction of ecological industrial park, formulation of correct system management measures and development policies. The case study results of the iron and steel park of China indicate that the indexes after the adoption of material cycling and energy cascade are better than those of the traditional industry chain.
