摘    要:本文考察了在作业车间环境下现有作业排序方法所存在的问题,提出了在决定作业优先顺序的同时,做好设备负荷均衡的动态作业计划决策模式。该模式选择材料供应、订货的重要性、关键比、完工不确定性和经济性等5项参量作为评价作业优先级别和配置设备能力的指标,并采用决策树方法来判定作业的优先顺序和相应的能力配置措施。最后通过与车间实有能力进行平衡达到可行性。这样制定的计划可以实现生产绩效的总体优化。

Abstract:A dynanuc scheduling model is presented in this paper to improve the existing technique in dispatching in job shop,which is able to make the deeisfon of job priority and load balancing conrrently.5 factors are selected as the criteria for the evaluatfon of the job priority and the allocation alternative: material supply,order importance,critical ratio, uncertainty in order finish, and order economic. The model was the decision tree technique to analysis and make the decision of schedule.Then,the feasibility of the resulted schedule is checked by shop ca pacity.The model can be expoted to achie ve the optimum system porformance in shop comtrol.
