西藏砂生槐生物碱抑菌抑瘤的实验研究

砂生槐是西藏南河谷地带分布极广的一种多年七豆科灌木．为青藏高原持有植物种，是一种极为宝贵的植物资源．我们首次从砂生槐种子中提取中物碱．用K—B法和最低抑菌浓度测定法进行体外抑菌活性研究．用MTT法测定生物碱对肿瘤细胞增殖的抑制作用．结果表明砂生槐种子总生物碱具有抑制金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌、铜绿假单胞菌生长繁殖的活性．对SPC-A-1和GLC-82肺腺癌细胞的增殖有明显的抑制作用，且抑制作用随药物浓度的增加和作用时间的延长而增强，这一发现为开发砂生槐的药用价值提供了重要依据。

A study on bacteriostasis and inhibiting tumour cell proliferative activity of alkaloids from Sophora moorcroftiana seed

Sophora moorcroftiana is a kind of perennial leguminous bush,which is widely distributed in the Yaluzangbu Valley of Southern Tibet.It is a kind of very valuable natural plant and grows only in the Tibetan altiplano.Alkaloids were extracted from Sophora moorcroftiana seed in this study.The bacteriostasis activities of alkaloid in vitro were tested with K-B method and minimal inhibitory concentrations(MIC).Inhibition proliferation activities on tumour cell of alkaloid were measured by MTT assay.The results show there is a dramatic bacteriostasis activity on Staphyloccus aureus,Escherichia coli and Patina aerugionsa.SPC-A-1 cell and GLC-82 cell proliferation effect were inhibited by alkaloids in vitro.The antitumour activity was gradually enhanced with a alkaloid variety of time and dose.The discovery provides an important basis for possible medical application.
