| 摘 要： | T波交替是一种心电变异现象,具体表现为心电信号中T波段形态和幅度逐拍交替变化。传统的谱分析法一般通过拍频域中0.5 cycle/beat的功率谱值来检测T波交替,但在检测过程中不同的对齐方式将影响谱分析T波交替检测结果,因此将基于谱分析方法进行T波交替检测,重点对比研究峰值对齐及点乘最大对齐两种方式,并相应地给出最佳对齐方式,研究可得点乘对齐所测的交替幅度更接近于真实幅度。 |

| Abstract: | T-wave alternans (TWA) is a variation phenomenon characterized by beat to beat alternation in the morphology and/or amplitude of the T-wave of electrocardiographic. Traditional frequency spectral method(SM) uses the power spectrum at the 0.5 cycle/beat frequency to detect TWA, however, the results are affected by the alignment strategy during detection. Therefore, the work researches on the peak alignment and dot-product alignment affecting TWA detection based on the spectral method and provides the optimum alignment strategy. The research proves that the amplitude based on dot product alignment estimates TWA more accurately. |
